What is meant by an "enriched educational foundation"?
At Westboro Academy learning does not take place solely within the confines of the provincially
defined curriculum nor does it take place solely within the classroom. Field trips, science and
literacy fairs, and guest speakers are a standard part of learning for our students.

What are the school/class hours?
Class hours are from 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Supervision of students in the schoolyard is provided one–half hour before class hours. Westboro Academy offers Before and After-School Programs for children requiring supervision prior to 8:15 a.m. and following 3:45 p.m.

What is the structure of the school year?
Westboro Academy provides 194 days of schooling consistent with the Province of Ontario requirements. The school year makes provision for a Christmas break, a one–week March break, a four–day Easter weekend break, and statutory holidays applicable to Ontario.
