Admissions
Prospective parents are welcome to contact Westboro Academy at
any time during the school year to make an appointment to meet
with the principal and visit the school. You also have the option
of visiting one of the Open Houses held throughout the year.

are several forms that must be completed. All information
furnished on these forms is confidential. The required forms
and documents are:
the Application for Admission form (downloadable

a parent questionnaire (available at time of first school
visit)
a copy of the child's birth certificate
and where applicable, the child's third-term report card from
the previous year, any more recent report cards and a reference
form to be completed by a teacher at the child's present school
